Send a scan of the signed request + Microsoft Word version by email. info@artrussiafair.com
Attach to the letter:
1. Scan of the signed application
2. A copy of the first spread of the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation
3. A copy of the ticket payment receipt.

Expect the funds to arrive within 14 business days from the date of submitting the request.
Applications by mail are accepted until 8:00 PM on March 31, 2024.
