Lidiya Roy created and headed the Creative Industries Laboratory at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO in 2024 to promote entrepreneurship in the creative industries through research and promotion of effective approaches to managing creative projects, including in the international market. A leading expert in international business development, Lidiya has devoted more than 10 years to the development of international economic cooperation, popularization of export activities and support of Russian businesses entering the global market. Lidiya is the author and presenter of unique educational and acceleration programs for business, implemented in partnership with Russian federal and regional export support institutions. The community of graduates of Lidiya's programs unites several thousand Russian entrepreneurs who successfully implement their projects in global markets. In addition, Lidiya is the author and presenter of media projects aimed at popularizing export activities. In particular, the SKOLKOVO school project “In a New Place”, dedicated to the study of developing markets, including the BRICS countries, attracted a record audience and helped entrepreneurs immerse themselves in the specifics of promising geographies for their business. An experienced teacher, moderator and trainer, Lidiya gives lectures and conducts trainings on her own programs, regularly speaks at key business forums dedicated to the development of international business and creative industries.
